How to reproduce:
1. Run Synaptic
2. Mark some package that brings in dependencies for installation
3. Unmark the same package
4. Click "Apply"
What happens:
The dependencies of the unmarked package are still going to be installed
What should happen:
They shouldn't be installed. The package they're needed for is not going to be installed
