Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

This issue appears to be due to the steam license question not being answered, this was dropped in the steam package version 1:1.0.0.54+repack-2ubuntu4 as not all software centre's support it. Therefore I am marking this bug as fix released.
