Bug Description
software-center 5.0.1.2, Ubuntu 11.10
software-center 13.10, Ubuntu 14.04
1. Go to the screen for an app that does not have a screenshot, for example GVim.
2. Try to work out how to supply a screenshot.
The old software center used to inform users how they could upload a screenshot of an application to some website so that it could be displayed in the SC, but it's gone and I've forgotten what site to go to... :(

The site in question to upload is "screenshots. ubuntu. com". But before we can link to it we need to apply branding for ubuntu, its currently displaying the debian theme.
