Ubuntu Software Center 1.1.18~reviews2, Ubuntu Lucid
1. Get into a situation where a software item screen says "To show information about this item, the software catalogue needs updating." (I don't know how to do this.)
2. Click "Update Now".
What happens:
* Ubuntu Software Center performs "Updating cache", as shown in the "In Progress" section.
* The software item screen does not show any further information about the item, but continues to say "To show information about this item, the software catalogue needs updating."
* The "Update Now" button is still there and can still be clicked, again to no effect.
What should happen:
* Ubuntu Software Center performs "Updating software catalogue", as shown in the "In Progress" section.
* The software item screen updates to show information about the item, replacing the "Update Now" button with an "Install" button.
