Thank you for quick answer and well guidance. Adding "usb 0x04e8 0x341c" to xerox_mfp.conf did the trick for me. The scanner works now perfect and I would suggest you to modify libsane package to fix this problem for others.
Unfortunately samsung's original driver doesn't work on ubuntu any more since 12.10. Of course I've sent them my dissatisfaction and fix request. Thanks again.
