For kernel 4.10 a related s390tools package will be delivered.
s390tools 137.09 is now available at:
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/linux390/s390-tools-1.37.0.html

Please load it directly from that page... Many thx .

dump2tar: Add sysfs collection helper for dbginfo.sh
--> need to be packaged !

means 'dump2tar' is a new tool that needs to be added to the s390-tools package

This bug was fixed in the package s390-tools - 1.37.0-0ubuntu1
