RaConfig obsolete - replaced by RutilT

Bug Description

A look at the downloads page <http://rt2x00.serialmonkey.com/wiki/index.php/Downloads> for the rt2500 driver shows that the recommended graphical configuration utility is no longer RaConfig but RutilT <http://cbbk.free.fr/bonrom/>.

It should also be noted that the shipped version of RaConfig does not work unless the interface is name ethX. RutilT does not have this problem.

Scratch that last part. I can't get RaConfig to work at all, even changing the interface name. I have no idea why.
