Find a workaround in my case.
According to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/clementine-bugs/LpCK3Y81_q4 (last comment) it's a option in cifs mount that has changed in 3.7 kernel.
I hadded cache=loose in my cifs options list and now it's OK
