Ok, i nominated it for Hardy.

Some additionnal remarks about bug management and quality:

1/ The renaming of the bug should not be possible like what happened here. It was a bug against a package for all release, and suddenly it changed to a request for removal in next one, which is very different.

2/ I thought that bugs fixes were always commit to LTS release
