+1 Also had this problem.

Installed all the remmina packages from noble-proposed, and this fixed the issue.

Selected version '1.4.35+dfsg-0ubuntu5' (Ubuntu:24.04/noble-proposed [amd64]) for 'remmina'
Selected version '1.4.35+dfsg-0ubuntu5' (Ubuntu:24.04/noble-proposed [all]) for 'remmina-common' because of 'remmina'
Selected version '1.4.35+dfsg-0ubuntu5' (Ubuntu:24.04/noble-proposed [amd64]) for 'remmina-plugin-rdp'
Selected version '1.4.35+dfsg-0ubuntu5' (Ubuntu:24.04/noble-proposed [amd64]) for 'remmina-plugin-vnc'
