I've made the fix as said by dino99 :
sudo geany /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/radiotray/SysTray.py

Comment the line 185 : gtk.gdk.threads_init()

and save.

It's working fine and better than in Trusty : the launch of it is very fast !!!
