Is this what's keeping me from upgrading? I'm getting:

2009-04-04 05:01:38,394 ERROR Dist-upgrade failed: 'Trying to install blacklisted version 'python2.6_2.6.1-1ubuntu8''

when trying to upgrade to 9.04 from 8.10. I'm not the only one either:

though all of that was in the past 12 hours, so I'm guessing this is the cause.
