Thanks for the response, when attaching logs as requested by the triager please attach each file as an individual attachment to your bug report by using the "Add a comment/attachment" for every file as it helps to view the files easily.

In addition have you installed flashplugin-nonfree from multiverse repository? This plugin is known to be an issue with pulseaudio.

Can you also check System > Preferences > Sound and ensure it is ALSA for your Music and Videos option? If it is not ALSA but PulseAudio, then the bug needs to be reassigned appropriately. Thanks in advance :)
