Lack of XML Forms Architecture (XFA) support in Evince 3.4.0 & the document viewer has a problem displaying a PDF file:

Workaround for novice computer users to business users, install Adobe Acrobat Reader for Linux
1. Edit Software Sources & enable Canonical Partners repository

2. Install from Terminal:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install acroread
