Please follow the instructions of the sections "CUPS error_log" and "Capturing print job data" on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems. If your printer is connected via USB, follow also the instructions of "USB printer does not print or prints garbage" and if your printer is a PostScript printer, follow also "PostScript (PDF) printer chokes on the PostScript (PDF) coming from Ubuntu". Please attach the resulting files one by one, do not compress them and do not package them together.
