I have these problems in while executing "Hibernate/Resume smoke test" (snr-003) on Ubuntu Karmic Koala (9.10), kernel 2.6.31-20-generic, with my HP Compaq nx8220:

- on Ubuntu-9.1_LIVE
[ 411.412730] ipw2200: Unable to load ucode: -22
[ 411.412738] ipw2200: Unable to load firmware: -22
[ 411.412740] ipw2200: Failed to up device
[ 413.288109] PM: Cannot find swap device, try swapon -a.

- on Ubuntu-9.1_INSTALLED
[ 411.412727] Failed to send CARD_DISABLE: Command timed out.
[ 411.412730] ipw2200: Unable to load ucode: -22
[ 411.412738] ipw2200: Unable to load firmware: -22
[ 411.412740] ipw2200: Failed to up device

After these errors
on Ubuntu-9.1_LIVE --> black screen, moving mouse I see normal Desktop.
on Ubuntu-9.1_INSTALLED --> my pc hibernate normally.

In both case after this all works normally.
