Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 17.10 MATE
2. Launch Pluma text editor from terminal
3. Go to Edit->Preferences, Plugins tab, check "Python Console"
Actual results:
Python Console plugin does not enabled, it shows error message in terminal
