libpackagekit-qt-dev installs FindQPackageKit.cmake to /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindQPackageKit.cmake where CMake (as it comes with Ubuntu) can't find it. If I link it to /usr/share/cmake-2.6/Modules/ CMake discovers it and it's possible to use it. I'm extremely new to CMake, but shouldn't FindQPackageKit.cmake have been installed in /usr/share/cmake-2.6/Modules/ where CMake can find it?
