The "Connect" button is disabled because there is no key stored. The same happens when I connect to a WPA2 Enterprise networking using Tunneled TLS with MSCHAPv2.
While I'm unable to confirm this, I believe the issue involves NetworkManager not pulling the key from the keyring.
