I can confirm this is still Present on Lucid, I performed a full software update prior to retesting so all packages should be current.

When setting the Static IP in network-manager-applet it still fails to save the gateway unless you click on either the Ip address or subnet mask fields prior to hitting apply.

Network Manager Applet version shows as 0.8
