megatools 1.10.3 has been released with a fix for this bug, and it's
already available in Debian.

Here's the patch for megatools 1.10.2:

In the meantime users can work this around by changing the link
themselves. If you turn https://mega.nz/file/aaa#bbb into
https://mega.nz/#!aaaa!bbbb then it works.
