Bug Description
This is with megatools 1.9.98-1build2 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
The link format for mega has changed, new uploads no longer have URLs like
https:/
they look like
https:/
The latter format makes megadl fail like:

megatools 1.10.3 has been released with a fix for this bug, and it's
already available in Debian.
Here's the patch for megatools 1.10.2:
