newer links cannot be downloaded

This is with megatools 1.9.98-1build2 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

The link format for mega has changed, new uploads no longer have URLs like
https://mega.nz/#!aaaa!bbbb
they look like
https://mega.nz/file/aaa#bbb
The latter format makes megadl fail like:
WARNING: Skipping invalid Mega download link: https://mega.nz/file/aaa#bbb

The upstream version has a fresh fix here:

Hi,

megatools 1.10.3 has been released with a fix for this bug, and it's
already available in Debian.

Here's the patch for megatools 1.10.2:

And here's the patch for megatools 1.9.98:

In the meantime users can work this around by changing the link
themselves. If you turn https://mega.nz/file/aaa#bbb into
https://mega.nz/#!aaaa!bbbb then it works.

megatools 1.10.2-1 in focal has the same bug.
