Bug Description
The apps I used are mostly installed via apt but some are flatpak and some are .app
This has the effect that I have window statuses both at the bottom of my screen in the status bar and at the top hand right of my screen in the indicator-applet status bar.
After a fresh install, I installed tutanota.AppImage and the screen starts redrawing when I either minimized or maximized it. By redrawing I mean it had "hick-ups periods" in which the botton status bar disappeared and the screen seem to "redraw". EDIT: Both the top status bar (menu bar in MATE) and bottom bar disappear for ~1 second)
Just right now I have managed to amplify this by changing my PNTSCR key so it uses ```/usr/
And that had the effect that now it seems that both my top status bar and bottom ones read the same book. Oh and my indicator bar as disappeared.
Hopefully the following pictures add more perspective:

modified.
As we can see from the bottom screen there are currently 3x window opened: 1x keepass and 2x caja.
The selected window is a caja pointing to Downloads.
Notice what's displayed at the top hand right side?
Also my tutanota, signal and telegram notifications are nowhere to be found :(
