Bug Description

On a fresh 23.04 install, I have downloaded the tutanota.AppImage.

When I have it open full screen on 1 monitor that does not have any grey status bars and I click on my other monitor that contains both the bottom status bar and the top MENU bar, mostly every time, both top and bottom bars from the 2nd monitor disappear and reappear.

They look like they are being redrawn.

Recreation:
1. Full screen tutanota.AppImage on monitor 1
2. Full screen of webbrowser on monitor 2
3. Click somewhere in tutanota.AppImage then select webbrowser on monitor 2

Result: most of the time the bottom bar dissapears, showing the back ground picture, while the top bar seems to minimizes to the top and everything is back within half a second to a full second.

This has always been working well before since at least 20.04 days.

I have briefly talked about this in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mate-indicator-applet/+bug/2039125 however both are not the same issue yet perhaps related?
