The apps I used are mostly installed via apt but some are flatpak and some are .app
This has the effect that I have window statuses both at the bottom of my screen in the status bar and at the top hand right of my screen in the indicator-applet status bar.
After a fresh install, I installed tutanota.AppImage and the screen starts redrawing when I either minimized or maximized it. By redrawing I mean it had "hick-ups periods" in which the botton status bar disappeared and the screen seem to "redraw".
Just right now I have managed to amplify this by changing my PNTSCR key so it uses ```/usr/bin/flameshot gui``` instead of the built-in snapshot tool.
And that had the effect that now it seems that both my top status bar and bottom ones read the same book. Oh and my indicator bar as disappeared.
