firefox was already opened & fully displayed on monitor2 (bottom)
I entered 'ubuntu-bug' as seen in qterminal window on monitor1 (top), I selected 1 (launch firefox) and it warped/jumped my firefox window to be between screens (top on monitor1, bottom or bulk on monitor2, and now part of it off-screen)
