I have definitely the same problem with two logitech devices:

- Logitech DiNovo Edge wireless keyboard: This one sometimes connects, but very soon loses connection and will not reconnect until reboot.
- Logitech Performance MX wireless mouse: This one sometimes does not connect after a booting up. Removing the receiver and reinserting it always helps, but only until the next boot.

Both problems started immediately after the upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04
