Comment 113 for bug 958174

Can confirm this problem still exists in Kubuntu 13-04 clean install with a Logitech Cordless Optical Trackman. Running "lsusb" shows the wireless device is there but it does not function.
Solutions offered in posts 40 & 50 do not work only unplugging and plugging it back in, resolves the issue till next time.
