I confirm what Alexander experienced: with linux-image-3.2.0-22-generic_3.2.0-22.35~lp944772 even my system does not freeze anymore when resuming from suspend.

But I'm not lucky as Rikard, as I have a freeze during shutdown, if I choose for a system reboot.
