Just checked after having hibernated the laptop for a night: Direct restart of WLAN *WORKED!*
My build is the same as dahias: Lenovo x121e (3045-6RG)
I thought about updating bios two weeks ago, but it did not state something of interest about WLAN in the Release notes.
