I tried the patch from archlinux (see comment #96)
* downloaded the tar.bz2 file.
* Extracted the file
* Moved to "/usr/src/psmouse-elantech-v6"
* executed: sudo dkms add -m psmouse-elantech -v v6

-> No touchpad available in settings.

When i try to execute a second time, it says that is it already in the dkms tree...
