For Mark and the other Fedora users, rc4 didn't change anything on either test

opengl vs. directx doesn't make a diff, and I wouldn't think it would because
the app runs fine under both, but crashes during a network communication
operation. My experience has been GL vs. Directx crashes happen 9 times out of
10 at app start up.

So, I'm thinking that, with where the crashing is happening, and the changes
with realID and what not, could we have a network implementation deficiency in
Wine here? Would it be worth trying some native core networking libraries
(e.g. winsock)? Seems like WoW may be now using an operation currently missing
from Wine's network implementation. Also, if anyone knows, does realID involve
wow making an additional connection to a server that it previously did not make
or is this a back-end deal?
