Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
lsusb -vv reveals that there are different kinds of CS-15 out there. One type does not react at all when plugged (see comment #60).
Installation done in Jaunty does not work anymore in Karmic. Also installation (like in Jaunty) from a .deb file shipped within the USB modem itself can not be done, because partition in the USB modem is not mounted automatically and cannot be mounted via Nautilus. This leaves user without internet connection.

The connection in Jaunty is unstable: Typically the you get disconnected once after about 15 minutes from the start. Reconnecting is also buggy and sometimes you have to unplug the USB modem and plug it again after a couple of seconds in order to get connected again. In Jaunty many have also experienced slower connection speed / bandwidth compared to Hardy or other operation systems.
