Please note that your Dpkg log says

User postinst hook script [/sbin/update-grub] exited with value 10
dpkg : erreur de traitement de linux-image-2.6.28-16-generic (--configure) :
 le sous-processus post-installation script a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 10

which seems to be quite similar to bug #297167.
