Comment 5 for bug 403932

It's my fail not explained clearly.

I mean the 9.10 can boot my machine without any problem, it wouldn't panic anymore, boot the machine out of problem.
But I can't locate any acx driver module in 9.10, there's acx driver exist in 9.04. So I thought 9.10 doesn't include acx driver in it's kernel modules.
