ok i don't know why but i reinstalled ndiswrapper drivers and then uninstalled it, then i installed drivers with make make install method and modprobe r8192se_pci and after 3 times doing this it worked...
then wicd didnt want to connect to my wpa2 network so i changed wpa driver to wext and now it wroks... still wondering why but evrythings works fine :D Thanks a lot Francisco and david!!!
