The only way to solve this problem was to install Ubuntu Lucid Lynx alpha 2 on my Toshiba T130, having a a realtek 8192se . Despite being an Alpha version, it is stable and the wireless network works perfectly!
One month ago I put the wireless network card working nice on alpha 2 but the system was unsatable.
The only issue I have, is when I try to connect to a open, non secure, neighborhood network. I can only connect to secure networks...
It seems that Ubuntu team has the solution and there is no need to wait for the never ready realtek driver...
