Comment 3 for bug 369149

I have the same problem (on Jaunty 9.04), and originally thought it was like bug #228746. However, that one seems to lead to more general USB failures, while I only encounter a random hang with USB mice (the USB keyboard still works, but re-inserting the mouse, or another one, does not help to resolve the problem.

My machine is a 64-bit ext3 system, so those two parameters seem to be irrelevant (I cannot test with PS/2 mice because there is no PS/2 port).
