This bug seems to be the same as bug 309519 but with different hardware. I will ask you to provide the same information as in that report.

Can you please include in this bug report the following as separate attachments:

uname -a > uname-a.log
cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
dmesg > dmesg.log
sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
sudo dmidecode > dmidecode.log
sudo biosdecode > biosdecode.log

Then can you please try booting the system by using

noapic nolapic

as kernel boot parameters. There are directions here on how to change the boot parameters from GRUB - http://grumpymole.blogspot.com/2007/05/ubuntu-how-to-edit-grub-boot-parameters.html
Let me know if the error message goes away with those parameters being used.

I will likely ask for more after that. Thanks in advance.

Developers, this bug is possibly related to bug 310808 which this user also filed. Again, also please check bug 309519 as a possible duplicate (same symptom, different hardware).

m45smg, I was going to ask you to try acpi=off as well, but according to bug 310808, Ubuntu fails to boot with this option. Thank you for providing the other information I requested. I will also mark this bug as Triaged so a developer can have a look at it. In the meantime, can you please double check that you tried the options "noapic nolapic" as written (they are not typos, APIC is not ACPI) - you mentioned "nolacpi" which is not a valid boot option, and "noacpi" is not the same as "noapic".

Thanks again.

I try add the noapic at the kernel line. The message come again and fail to boot-up ubuntu(the orange bar run left and right for a long time).

Then I try nolapic, but fail to boot(only black screen and HD is idle).

Finally, I try acpi=off the result same at nolapic is black screen and HD is idle too.

OK, can you please do those options onem ore time, but when you do, delete the parts that say "splash" and "quiet", then it won't have the boot screen, it will just print text out to the monitor. Please let us know what is says where it freezes (the final line should be adequate, use your judgment). If it's easier to take a picture of the screen and attach that, then go ahead and do that. This will let us know where the boot process is freezing.
Thank you.

I tried nosplash boot-up screen using "noapic". The message still coming and not different in normal boot.
Then I tried "nolapic" and "acpi=off" at boot-up. But the laptop is black screen no any message and boot up.
