If you don't mind, I'll go ahead and mark this a duplicate of that bug since we've already got one of the Ubuntu kernel devs assigned to bug 284263. I'll be sure to add a note to that bug regarding the upstream reference you have here. And please continue to track this bug at that report. Thanks!
