I get exactly this when when resuming.
Suspend/resume worked perfectly fine in Hardy, and now, to get network after resume, I have to:

- Kill the wireless with the switch and activate again
- sudo rmmod iwl3945 && sudo modprobe iwl3945

Then, I get wireless back, and everything is fine.
