SOLVED!!!
Searching 1 week to solve this problem....
It could be so easy...
I'm testing Debian 5 today...
Hardware support for my amilo notebook is bad.
It is not the newest hardware. X1200 Graphic Card alc833 Sound Chip.
Bios ACPI Problems this sucks..
Don't know if bios update or boot parameters will help.
