I think the fix was included in 5.15.149 upstream;

Input: atkbd - skip ATKBD_CMD_SETLEDS when skipping ATKBD_CMD_GETID

The kernel team have just pulled in 5.15.148, and haven't started on 149. They will likely get to it in the next week or so.
