Thanks but I don't think Google Chrome crashes are related to this...

Next please:

1. Wait until the problem happens again.

2. Wait another 10 seconds.

3. Reboot.

4. Run:

   journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

5. Attach the resulting text file here.
