In my case, after selecting "Sleep", the screen turns off immediately and the computer seems turned off. However, it will NOT wake up or reboot. In fact, I have tried to press and hold the power button for several seconds, trying to force-shutdown it, with no effects. Also tried the Alt+PrintScr+REISUB method with no results.
The only way for me to shut it down is to physically remove the battery and reinsert it.
