Do you have following WMI interface on your system? If does, please execute following commands and paste the output:

  $ cd /sys/class/wmi_bus/wmi_bus-PNP0C14:00/86CCFD48-205E-4A77-9C48-2021CBEDE341
  $ rfkill list 0
  $ echo 0 | sudo tee force_power
  $ rfkill list 0
  $ echo 1 | sudo tee force_power
  $ rfkill list 0
