I'll bet dollars for donuts this is the nouveau driver. I see a bunch of lines like this as the system slows to a crawl (Also there's a juddering/tearing band in the center of the screen)

Full kernel log copied away before the system slowed to a crawl and had to be restarted.

FWIW this was running 4.19 final. I'll update the summary accordingly.
