I tried with another USB, and also with the same downloaded file but the same error remain.I remembered I downloaded the most part of the file, the ISO file of ubuntu 16.04, at my home using IDM software. When I arrived to my university, I resumed that the remaining part of the file to be download. In my university we use VPN for connecting internet. I think the file destroied during changing the internet provider center. Since when I again downloaded the file from univiersity, with the previous USB, it installed correctly with out any erro.
It might be the reason of the error.
