Comment 571 for bug 1776563

I use manjaro + wayland/sway, the only custom things i did are:

1)added my user to video power and input groups
2)disabled some devices from being able to wake the laptop from suspend at /proc/acpi/wakeup

No screen flickering and suspend seems to work
