The parameters mentioned in comment 445 are working for me.

Acer Aspire A315-41 (with only a internal GPU).
Bios 1.11
Linux Mint 19.1
Kernel 5.1 rc

Suspend/resume work.
sensors command shows ~41 degree idle temp.
